Old School Reggaeton is a Spotify playlist that brings together six hours of the most legendary reggaeton tracks.

To create the playlist's cover and header, we were inspired by the visual aesthetics used by the first reggaeton artists. We used a CD-R as the main icon, which is the medium through which these hits reached us for the first time.

On the CD-R, we wrote "OLD SCHOOL" as if we would have used a black marker, while "REGGAETON" is shown as a lettering with a look and composition inspired by latin lettering and sign painting of the 2000s. We engulfed it with flames to represent the heat that embodies this music.

In addition, we wanted to give this CD-Rs a look like if you would have customized them yourself, just like we used to do. That’s why we created this set of stickers. Our favourite is the iridescent gas can, which refers to one of the great classics of the genre: Gasolina by Daddy Yankee.
