Momma’s is a vegan donut bakery that was in need of a visual identity and packaging design. They approached us to help them create a unique and eye-catching look for their brand personality.
We started from a key visual starring a smiling donut in which the eyes are the “m” from Momma’s name. The face evolves and becomes its own character with the energy and dynamism that the company wants to project.
The new identity combines a calligraphic typeface, a few touches of lettering and a vivid colour palette, reminiscent of the main ingredients of Momma’s products. We chose shades of pink and purple, which are often associated with sweetness and fun, and gave the packaging a modern and premium feel.
We applied the identity to boxes, bags, product packaging, stickers and even delivery trucks.
Overall, the new image added a playful and fun tone to Momma's. It helped to create a strong and consistent visual identity and made you want to try a donut regardless of your vegan preferences.
